“How much can we get for our house?”That’s often the first question asked when putting a house on the market. Obviously, you want to get the most money possible for your house. But if you set your price too high you’ll scare off potential buyers— and their agents! If you set your price too low you’ll be leaving money on the table. People might also reasonably assume that there’s something wrong with the property.“Why the low selling price?” Ideally, the selling price should reflect the market value of your house, and should be influenced by how quickly you want to sell it.

Engineered wood Engineered hardwood flooring is a product made up of a core of hardwood, plywood or HDF with a top layer of hardwood veneer and is available in almost any hardwood species. The Vancouver, Burnaby, New West and Tri-Cities Real Estate market is still very active as we approach the winter season. Selling homes in the Christmas season is a great time to sell as there is lower inventory (less competition) giving a seller a greater advantage to sell at a top price and in a timely fashion. Buyers who are looking to purchase are serious, qualified and ready to make a decision at this busy time of year. So, to sum this up, if you are thinking of selling, the winter season is a great time to sell for top dollar. Call the Love Team for a free, no obligation market evaluation. You may be surprised on the value of your home today!

With winter fast approaching  the amount of sunlight has decreased which can, without you being aware, cause you to feel sick, irrated and blue. The best remedy is staying heathly by getting outside and getting fresh air and lots of excerise. Also, going in for a tanning session once or twice a week can greatly counter the effects of seasonal depression. It can be worth the cosideration and time because if your not feeling your best how do you expect to perform your best, whether at work or with family.
